If problems persist when it has gone live, EA Sports is encouraging gamers to log any problems they are having with developers on the closed beta forum, to ensure any problems can be ironed out. So, if you’ve tried to use your code and it seems like it’s not working, don’t worry too much yet – while you can pre-load the beta, it won’t go fully live until 6.00pm. The closed beta is open from 6.00pm British Summer Time on Friday 9 August until midnight on Wednesday 21 August. Understandably, those involved in the beta cannot live stream or capture images when trying out the new game.
